5 - 13 Year Old Yoga Class
Our 5 - 13 year old classes run for 60 minutes. Our aim is for the children to use their body, mind and breath to grow a deeper connection to themselves.
We have a new yoga theme each week that the children can relate to. We include all different yoga poses through yoga journey’s games / activities and meditation.
We add lots of group yoga during our classes, this encourages the children to interact with each other.
